75 Minister must seek comments from licence holder (1) On receiving an application, the Minister must give a copy of the application to the holder of the production licence and invite it to make any submissions it wishes to make in relation to the application within the time specified by the Minister. (2) The Minister must specify a period of at least 28 days.
