39ANotice of application for retention lease

39A Notice of application for retention lease (1) The applicant for a retention lease must cause notice of the application to be published— (a) in a newspaper circulating generally in Victoria; and (b) on an Internet site maintained by the applicant. (a) contain details of the area in respect of which the retention lease is sought, including a description and plan of the area; and (b) state that any person may make a written submission to the Minister about the application during the prescribed period; and (3) The Secretary must make a copy of the application and all information accompanying the application available for inspection by the public in a place and form approved by the Minister.
