39 Details to be supplied with application In addition to complying with section 96, an applicant for a retention lease must submit details of— (a) the area in respect of which the lease is sought; and (b) the commercial viability of extracting petroleum from that area at the time the application is made; and (c) the possible future commercial viability of extracting petroleum from that area.
