33 Key objects of work programs (1) In renewing an exploration permit, the Minister must declare in writing that certain specified elements of the work program submitted in the application for the renewal of the permit are key objects of the work program. (2) The holder of the permit must ensure that the key objects of the work program are achieved to the maximum extent that is practicable. (3) On the application of the holder of an exploration permit, the Minister may vary a declaration to remove a key object, substitute a key object or vary the details of a key object.
