259 Term of authority may be extended if condition suspended Despite anything to the contrary in section 106, the term of a relevant authority is taken to be extended until 1 July 2021 if— (a) the term of the authority was extended under section 106; and (b) section 6 of the **Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2020** came into operation during the period of that extension.
