258 Suspension of conditions (1) Despite anything to the contrary in section 105, if a condition of a relevant authority was suspended immediately before section 6 of the **Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2020** comes into operation, the condition is taken to be suspended until 1 July 2021. (2) The suspension of a condition referred to in subsection (1) is taken to be subject to the same conditions imposed in relation to the suspension that were in place immediately before section 6 of the **Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2020** comes into operation.
