245 Delegation (1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to any person employed in the Department any power of the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation. (2) The Head of the Department may, in writing, delegate to any person employed in the Department any power of the Head under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
