240 Offences relating to the register A person must not wilfully— (a) make, cause to be made, or concur in making, a false entry in the petroleum register; or (b) produce or tender in evidence a document falsely purporting to be a copy of, or extract from, an entry in the register or of or from a document lodged with the Minister under this Part.
