226 Offences by partners (1) This section applies if a person holds an authority in partnership with one or more other people. (2) The person is also guilty of any offence against this Act that its partner or partners are found guilty of in acting, or purporting to act, on behalf of the partnership, and is liable to the penalty for that offence.
