223 Increased maximum fine for corporations (1) If a corporation is found guilty of an offence against this Act, the court may impose on the corporation a fine not greater than 5 times the amount of the maximum fine that could be imposed by the court on a natural person found guilty of the same offence committed at the same time. (2) A reference in this section to this Act does not include a reference to regulations made under this Act.
