192 Earlier release of information if consent given The Minister may release— (a) information concerning an application for an authority, or the renewal of an authority, before the application is granted or refused if the person who made the application— (i) consents in writing to the release; or (ii) has publicly released the information already; and (b) other information relating to an authority area before the relevant date specified in this Division if the holder of the authority— (i) consents in writing to the release; or (ii) has publicly released the information already.
