189 Release of factual information concerning licence areas (1) This section applies to any information given to the Minister under this Act by the holder of a production licence that relates to the licence area, but it does not apply to interpretive information. (2) The Minister may release any information to which this section applies at any time after the expiry of 1 year from the information collection date.
