188 Release of information about area that is no longer an authority area (1) This section applies to any information given to the Minister under this Act by the holder of an authority that relates to an area to which the authority no longer applies. (2) The Minister may release information to which this section applies at any time after the expiry of 180 days from the date the authority under which the information was given expires or was surrendered or cancelled in relation to that area.
