185 Meaning of *information collection date* In this Part ***information collection date*** means— (a) in the case of factual information obtained during the making of a well, the date on which the first of these events occurs— (i) the drilling rig used to make the well is taken away from the well; (ii) the holder of the authority ceases to be liable for any charges in relation to the making of the well under the contract for the making of the well; (b) in the case of a special study, the date that is 180 days after the date the data analysis defined in the study is completed; (c) in the case of information obtained from surveys, the date that is 180 days after the date the survey was completed; (d) in the case of a reprocessed survey or a special study relating to a survey, the date that is 180 days after the date the work specified in the submission for the survey or study was completed; (e) in any other case, the date on which the information was given to the Minister.
