167 Authority holder must not interfere with other rights In carrying out petroleum operations, the holder of an authority must ensure that the operations are carried out in a way that does not interfere with the activities of any other person who is using the land to a greater extent than is necessary for the reasonable exercise of its rights, and the performance of its duties, under the authority.
