166 Maintenance etc. of property (1) The holder of an authority must maintain in good condition and repair all structures, equipment and other property in the authority area that is used in connection with the petroleum operations being carried out under the authority. (2) The holder of an authority must remove from the authority area all structures, equipment and other property that are not being used, or that are not to be used, in connection with the petroleum operations being conducted under the authority. (3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply in relation to any structure, equipment or other property that was not brought into the authority area by, or with the authority, of the authority holder.
