154 When royalty must be paid (1) Any royalty required by this Part must be paid in the manner specified in the relevant production licence and within the time specified in the licence. (2) If a production licence does not specify when or how royalty is to be paid under the licence, the holder of the licence must pay any royalty required by this Part in the manner, and within the time, specified by the regulations.
