14 Crown retains Crown land petroleum rights In conferring any grant, lease, licence or other tenure of any Crown land after the commencement of this section on any person, the Crown retains all rights that it has in relation to any petroleum on or below that land, unless otherwise stated in the document by which the grant, lease, licence or other tenure is conferred.
