136 Native Title Act rights prevail If— (a) the right to negotiate provisions of the Native Title Act have applied; or (b) an indigenous land use agreement within the meaning of the Native Title Act applies— in relation to native title land in respect of the approval, or the carrying out, of any petroleum operation, the provisions of this Act that provide for similar processes do not apply except to the extent that the parties otherwise agree in writing.
