99 Production and inspection of documents (1) The Minister may require any person to produce to him or her or to make available for inspection by him or her any documents in the possession or under the control of that person and relating to an instrument lodged with the Minister for approval under this Part or to the transaction to which such an instrument relates. (2) The Minister may determine not to deal with the matter until the person complies with a requirement under subsection (1).
