98 Power of Minister to require information as to proposed dealings (1) The Minister may, by notice served on the person lodging an instrument for approval under this Part, require the person to furnish to the Minister such information concerning the instrument, or the transaction to which the instrument relates, as the Minister thinks fit. (2) The Minister may determine not to deal with the instrument until the person complies with a requirement under subsection (1).
