90 Registrar and Register of instruments
(1) The Minister may appoint a person to be the Registrar for the
purposes of this Act.

(2) The Registrar shall establish and maintain a Register of exploration
permits and licences granted under this Act.
(3) The Register may be established and maintained:
(a) in such form or combination of forms;
(b) on such medium or combination of mediums; and
(c) in such manner,
as the Minister thinks fit, and for the purposes of paragraph (b), a
reference to a medium includes, but is not limited to:
(d) a computer;
(e) micro film; or
(f) paper.
