89P Effect of compliance direction on need for further authorisation (1) This section applies to a person who is required by a compliance direction to carry out an action and an authorisation of a kind prescribed is required for that action under this Act. (2) The person may carry out the action without obtaining the authorisation. (3) A person incurs no liability to a penalty under this Act in acting under subsection (2). Petroleum Act 1984 104
