72 Compliance with direction
If an action required by a direction given by the Minister under this
Act is not taken, the CEO may:
(a) cause that action to be taken; and
(b) recover the cost of taking that action from any person subject
to the direction in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt
due and payable to the Territory.
