69A Ability to waive, suspend or reduce annual fee or levy (1) A permittee or licensee may apply to the Minister to waive, suspend or reduce an annual fee or levy payable in relation to a permit or (2) The Minister may, on receipt of an application under subsection (1), by written notice to the applicant, waive, suspend or reduce an annual fee or levy if satisfied that it is appropriate to do so. (3) The Minister must consult with the Environment Minister before waiving, suspending or reducing a monitoring and compliance levy under this section.
