63 Payment of first year's annual fee in respect of exploration If: (a) the Minister determines to grant or renew an exploration permit or a licence and gives notice to the applicant of the conditions on which the Minister is prepared to grant or renew the permit or licence; and (b) the applicant gives to the Minister the applicant's written acceptance of the conditions specified in the notice within the time specified under this Act in respect of the exploration permit or licence concerned for accepting the conditions, the applicant must, at the same time as accepting the conditions, pay to the Minister the annual fee for the first year in respect of which the permit or licence is or will be granted or renewed.
