54 Conditions of production licence (1) Subject to this Part, a production licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit and specifies in the licence document. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), but subject to section 55, each production licence is subject to the condition that the production licensee: (a) shall use the licence area continuously and exclusively for the purposes for which it is granted; (b) shall not produce petroleum obtained from the licence area until the Minister authorises the commencement of production operations;
