53 Annual fee (1) The annual fee payable in relation to a production licence is the (2) Subject to section 63, the annual fee for a production licence is payable by the production licensee in advance on: (a) the commencement of the production licence; and (b) each anniversary of the commencement of the production licence or its last renewal.
