39 Annual fee
(1) The annual fee payable in relation to a retention licence is the
(2) Subject to section 63, the annual fee for a retention licence is
payable by the retention licensee in advance on:
(a) the commencement of the retention licence; and
(b) each anniversary of the commencement of the retention
licence or its last renewal.
