26 Annual fee
(1) The annual fee payable in relation to an exploration permit is the
(2) Subject to section 63, the annual fee for an exploration permit is
payable by the permittee in advance on:
(a) the commencement of the exploration permit; and
(b) each anniversary of the commencement of the permit or its
last renewal.
