138 Decisions made before commencement (1) This Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to a decision or determination made under one of the following provisions before the commencement: (a) section 16A or 20; (b) regulation 11(2)(a) or (3)(a) or 17 of the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016. commencement means the commencement of Part 2 of the Petroleum, Planning and Water Legislation Amendment Act 2025.
