104F Offence to fail to apply for approval (a) the person is a person who has or acquires an interest in shares in a corporation holding a permit or licence; and (b) the person is a person who is, or who is a member of a group of persons who are, to become able to exercise, or to control (directly or indirectly) the exercise of, a majority of the votes exercisable at meetings of the directors or shareholders of a corporation holding a permit or licence; and (c) an application is not made in accordance with section 104E(2).
