104C Meaning of related (1) For this Part, 2 persons are related to each other if: (a) they are members of the same family; or (b) they are related corporations; or (c) one is a corporation and the other is a director of, or a shareholder in, the corporation; or (d) they are both trustees of the same trust, or of different trusts with a common beneficiary, or one is a trustee and the other is a beneficiary of the same trust; or (e) a chain of relationships can be traced between them under one or more of the above paragraphs. (2) A person is taken not to be related to another if the Minister is satisfied that they are not, and have not been, acting in concert in relation to the acquisition of an interest in shares in a corporation holding a permit or licence.
