104 Registrar not liable to certain actions Subject to section 103, neither the Registrar nor a person acting under his direction or authority is liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act or matter bona fide done or Petroleum Act 1984 121 omitted to be done in exercise or purported exercise of a power or authority conferred by this Part.
