9 The *Acts Amendment (Petroleum) Act 1990* s. 42(2) reads as follows: (2) The revocation, under section 56(3) of the principal Act, of a declaration in respect of a location shall be deemed not to have affected the validity of a licence granted under the principal Act in respect of any block forming part of that location.
