58 Prescribed fees for clean-up and prevention notices

(1) The purpose of this clause is to prescribe fees for the purposes of sections 22 (2) and 27 (2) of the Act.

(2) The prescribed fees are as follows—

(a) for a notice given during period 1—$535,

(b) for a notice given during period 2—$550,

(c) for a notice given during period 3—$565,

(d) for a notice given during period 4—$580,

(e) for a notice given during period 5—$595,

(f) for a notice given during period 6—$610.
