#### 23 Special condition—notification concerning leakages or spills 23 Special condition—notification concerning leakages or spills > > (1) This clause applies to the following kinds of licences— > > > > > (a) aerial applicator business licence, > > > > > (b) RPA applicator business licence. > > > (2) It is a condition of a licence to which this clause applies that the holder of the licence notify the Environment Protection Authority of any incident where a pesticide leakage or spill has occurred as the result of a crash or forced landing of an aircraft that is operated under the authority of the licence. > > > (3) Any such notice must be given as soon as practicable after the incident occurs. > > > (4) If there is an approved form for the notice, the notice must be in that form.
