#### 16 Keeping pesticides in container without approved label 16 Keeping pesticides in container without approved label > > (1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, keep a registered pesticide in a container that does not have an approved label attached to the container. > > > > Maximum penalty— > > > > > (a) $20,000 in the case of a corporation, or > > > > > (b) $10,000 in the case of an individual. > > > (2) If a registered pesticide is mixed with any other substance, the requirement under subsection (1) in relation to the pesticide is not affected.
