sec.62 Compensation for repairing or replacing damaged property
This section applies if, before the repeal, there was an exercise or purported exercise of a power under a declared provision mentioned in section 30ZB (1) of the existing Act. Despite the repeal, a person whose property was damaged because of the exercise or purported exercise of the power may apply for compensation under section 30ZB of the existing Act.
