#### 62 Authentication of documents 62 Authentication of documents > > (1) Every document requiring authentication by the Commission is sufficiently authenticated without the seal of the Commission if it is— > > > > > (a) signed by any member or a registrar, or > > > > > (b) authenticated in a manner prescribed by the regulations. > > > (2) Judicial notice is to be taken of the signature of the member concerned or a registrar when appearing on a document issued by the Commission.
