#### 11 Functions of members generally 11 Functions of members generally > > (1) A member has any functions conferred or imposed on the member by or under this Act or any other legislation. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a member (other than the President or Division Head of a Commission Division) appointed before the establishment day has and may exercise any functions with respect to the establishment of the Commission as may be assigned to the member under section 16(2). > > > (3) Each member must comply with any procedural directions given by the President and the Division Head of the Commission Division to which the member is assigned.
