4 Interpretation
4 Interpretation
(1) Terms used in this plan which are defined in Schedule 2 have the meanings set out in that Schedule.
(2) In this plan—
(a) a reference to a building or place used for a purpose includes a reference to a building or place intended to be used for the purpose, and
(b) a reference to a map is to a map kept in the office of the council.
(3) Clause 29 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1998 applies to this plan as if this plan had commenced before 1 July 1998, despite any other provision of this plan.
(4) Notes included in this plan do not form part of this plan.
