sec.99 Approved forms
A form may be approved for use under this Act. The form may be approved by any of the following— the chief executive (magistrates court); the commissioner; the chief executive. In this section— chief executive (magistrates court) means the chief executive of the department in which the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 is administered. s 99 ins 2016 No. 62 s 267 (sec.99-ssec.1) A form may be approved for use under this Act. (sec.99-ssec.2) The form may be approved by any of the following— the chief executive (magistrates court); the commissioner; the chief executive. (sec.99-ssec.3) In this section— chief executive (magistrates court) means the chief executive of the department in which the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 is administered.
- (a) the chief executive (magistrates court);
- (b) the commissioner;
- (c) the chief executive.
