sec.96 Delegation by commissioner
The commissioner may delegate a function of the commissioner under this Act to a police officer. A delegation of a power of the commissioner under subsection (1) may permit the subdelegation of the power to a police officer. In this section— function includes power. s 96 ins 2016 No. 62 s 267 (sec.96-ssec.1) The commissioner may delegate a function of the commissioner under this Act to a police officer.
