sec.78 Conferral of jurisdiction
A court has jurisdiction— to hear and decide an application made to the court under this Act; and to perform any other function or exercise any other power conferred on the court under this Act. s 78 ins 2016 No. 62 s 267
- (a) to hear and decide an application made to the court under this Act; and
- (b) to perform any other function or exercise any other power conferred on the court under this Act.
