sec.64 Application of division
This division applies if— a fortification removal order has taken effect; and the period within which to file an appeal about the order has ended and— no appeal about the order has been filed; or any appeal about the order has been withdrawn or dismissed; and the order has not been complied with. s 64 ins 2016 No. 62 s 267
- (a) a fortification removal order has taken effect; and
- (b) the period within which to file an appeal about the order has ended and— (i) no appeal about the order has been filed; or (ii) any appeal about the order has been withdrawn or dismissed; and
- (i) no appeal about the order has been filed; or
- (ii) any appeal about the order has been withdrawn or dismissed; and
- (c) the order has not been complied with.
- (i) no appeal about the order has been filed; or
- (ii) any appeal about the order has been withdrawn or dismissed; and
