5 Objects of Rules
The objects of these Rules are: (a) to provide for the issue of provisional certificates in relation to the PDV offset (see subsection 376‑260(2) of the Act); and (b) to specify how applications for certificates (including provisional certificates) in relation to the PDV offset are to be made (see subsection 376‑260(3) of the Act).
