11 Refusal to issue provisional certificate
(1) This rule applies in addition to subrule 10(6). (2) The Board may refuse to issue a provisional certificate for the PDV offset for a film if it is not satisfied that the conditions set out in subsections 376‑45(2), (3) and (5) of the Act will be met, or are likely to be met, if the post, digital and visual effect production for the film is completed in accordance with the information supplied in the application.
