sec.6 Notice of amended assessments under the Fringe Benefits Assessment Act
An employer must, within 30 days of receiving a notice of an amended assessment under the Fringe Benefits Assessment Act , give the commissioner a copy of the notice. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
