10M Application for Regulator to make a reporting nominee determination

(1) A constitutionally covered entity (the applicant) may apply, in writing, for the Regulator to determine under subsection 10L(1) that the applicant is a reporting nominee for one or more other entities.

Note: See section 27A (requirements for applications made to the Regulator).

(2) An application under subsection (1): (a) must identify the other entity or entities; and (b) may specify the time when the applicant proposes the determination to take effect, which must be either: (i) the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant in which the applicant gives the application to the Regulator; or (ii) the start of the provisional reporting period of the applicant that follows the provisional reporting period mentioned in subparagraph (i).
